The objective is to complete each hole in as few strokes as possible—each stroke counts as a point. The team with the lowest total strokes at the end of the round wins.

  1. Rounds consist of a two vs. two format. The total strokes of both players on a team are added together. Scoring is cumulative over all 18 holes.

  2. A round consists of 18 holes with a shotgun start. This means each team may begin on a different hole and plays through the course in order, finishing at the hole before their starting point.

  3. Scorecards will be kept by the opposing team. Each team keeps score for the team they’re playing against. At the end of the round, both scorecards must be signed by team captains and turned in to the tournament manager.

  4. Each player alternates shots with their teammate using one shared ball per team. This is called alternate stroke play. For example, if Player A tees off, Player B takes the second shot, then Player A takes the third, and so on. The teammate who holes out does not tee off on the next hole.

  5. A team cannot record more than six strokes on any one hole. If the ball is not holed by the sixth shot, pick it up and record a six.

  6. There are NO mulligans. Every stroke counts.

  7. If a ball goes out of bounds, the team takes a one-stroke penalty and places the ball where it exited or at the last playable position.

  8. If the ball rests against a wall, it may be moved one putter-head length away, provided it is not moved closer to the hole.

  9. Have fun! Be kind, play fair, and enjoy the community.

  10. Hole-in-One Bonus!
Any player who makes a hole-in-one earns one raffle ticket for the tournament prize drawing. (Every player receives one raffle ticket upon registration.)

    • Each hole-in-one equals one ticket (multiple aces = multiple entries).

    • Tickets will be tracked by the league manager and awarded at the end of each round.
